- For the muffins
- ⅞ cup sugar
- ⅜ cup cream (35 % fat)
- 1 ½ Tbsps butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsps Baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 eggs
- For the icing
- 1 ⅔ cups powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- To decorate
- colored Chocolate bean
- chocolate marshmallow biscuit (cookie)

Preparation steps
1.
for the muffins: Preheat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350F, gas 4. Line a 12-hole muffin tin with paper cases.
2.
Combine 125 g sugar, the cream and butter into a pan and heat until the butter has melted. Cool to lukewarm and stir in the vanilla.
3.
Sift the flour and baking powder into the vanilla cream with the remaining sugar and the salt.

Beat in the eggs. Quickly stir in the flour mixture until just combined.
5.
Spoon into the paper cases and bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool in the tins for a few minutes, then place on a wire rack to cool completely.
6.
To decorate: sift the icing sugar into a bowl and stir in the lemon juice to give a thick coating consistency.
7.
Spread on top of the muffins. Decorate with the chocolate biscuit slices and chocolate beans and leave to set.
