250 milliliters Marsala wine
50 milliliters Apple juice
2 lemons (zested and juiced)
lemons (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Blanch the apricot, peel, halve and remove the seeds. Rinse the lemons, zest and squeeze the juice. Place the apricot halves and 2/3 of the wine in a saucepan. Add the apple juice, lemon juice and a cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 3-5 minutes and set aside to cool.

Add the remaining wine, remove the cinnamon stick and pour the wine into 4-6 glasses. Serve garnished with lemon slices.
