1 Tbsp butter
3 Apple (e. g. Braeburn; cored and sliced)
1 Tbsp sugar
¼ cup clear Apple juice
4 scoops Vanilla ice cream

Preparation steps

1.
Dry roast the almonds and set aside.
2.
Heat the butter in a pan and brown the apples. Remove from the pan and add the sugar. Allow to caramelise and quench with the apple juice. Stir until the sugar has dissolved and then return the apples to the pan. Fry for a few minutes and then transfer to dishes. Serve with the ice cream and the roasted almonds.
