- 2 tsps Peppermint tea
- 500 milliliters Apple juice
- Fructose (to taste)
- 2 Apple
- mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Soak the gelatin in cold water.

Boil the mint tea with apple juice, infuse 5 minutes, then strain through a coffee filter, sweeten to taste.

Dissolve gelatin in hot tea. Peel apples, quarter, remove cores and cut into slices. Arrange apple slices in cups or ramekins in a hemispherical shape, fill with jelly mixture, gently shake to ensure that the jelly is evenly distributed and chill 3-4 hours until solidified.
4.
To serve, plunge the molds briefly in hot water and turn out the gelatin on a plate. Garnish with mint leaves.
