150 grams Pastry flour
250 milliliters milk
1 Tbsp powdered sugar
1 pinch salt
4 eggs
2 tsps Orange peel
2 Russet apples
2 Tbsps lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Mix flour, milk, powdered sugar, salt, eggs and orange zest until smooth and let sit for 30 minutes.

Peel the apples, core and cut into thin columns. Immediately toss with lemon juice.

3.

Melt the butter in a wide sauté pan. Pour in 1/4 of the batter and decoratively place 1/4 of the apple slices. Cook over medium heat until the bottom of the pancake is golden brown.

4.

Flip the pancakes and cook until the second side is golden brown. Remove and keep warm in the oven until ready to serve.
