- 2 eggs
- 120 grams Pastry flour
- 70 grams sugar
- 250 milliliters milk
- salt
- For serving
- 4 teaspoons butter
- cinnamon
- powdered sugar
- 50 milliliters whipped Whipped cream
- 4 scoops Vanilla ice cream
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 70°C (approximately 160°F). Separate eggs and beat yolks with flour, sugar, milk and salt to form a smooth dough. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold gradually into batter.

Peel, core and thinly slice apples. Heat 1 teaspoon butter in a pan, add a quarter of the apple slices and a quarter of the pancake batter. Cook over low heat, flipping once, until both sides are golden brown. Remove and place in the oven to keep warm. Repeat to cook 4 pancakes.

Keep finished pancakes in oven until serving time. To serve, plate pancakes, sprinkle with cinnamon, dollop with whipped cream and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
