100 grams red lamb's lettuce
1 carrot
1 red onion
1 bunch Arugula
1 Apple
4 Tbsps coarsely chopped Walnut
4 Tbsps sunflower oil
2 Tbsps lemon juice
1 Tbsp White vinegar
½ tsp Mustard

Preparation steps

1.

Separate the leaves of the mache and the arugula. Rinse the lettuce and drain thoroughly. Peel and julienne the carrot and onion. Mix the vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, and oil to form a dressing. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and sugar.

Rinse and quarter the apple. Remove the core, and finely dice. Place the apple in the dressing. Fold in the lettuces, and toss to combine. Arrange the salad on plates, top with the walnuts, and serve.
