- 1 large, fresh Ciabatta
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 Tbsps pitted black Olives
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 bunch Arugula
- 1 scoop Mozzarella (125 grams)
- 100 grams mixed Antipasta (from a jar)
- 100 grams Prosciutto (thin slices)

Preparation steps
1.
Peel garlic and chop finely. Chop olives and mix with garlic and olive oil. Rinse arugula, trim, spin dry and cut into strips.
2.
Cut mozzarella into thin slices. Chop vegetables. Slice ciabatta lengthwise but do not cut all the way through. Brush inside with the olive oil mixture, distribute mozzarella over the bread, sprinkle with arugula and top with the prosciutto. Serve topped with antipasti.
