- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 150 grams Pastry flour
- 300 milliliters milk (Or 200 ml milk and 100 ml of water)
- 4 Tbsps Lard
- 8 small Soufflé dishes
Preparation steps

Mix eggs, salt, flour and milk together with an immersion blender into a smooth dough. Let stand briefly.

Grease souffle dishes with lard and place in a hot oven at 250°C (approximately 475°F) so that lard begins to bubble.
3.
Remove souffle dishes from oven and briefly stir dough. Pour evenly into dishes and bake for 12 minutes until dough has risen and is crisp. Do not open oven during cooking time. Remove and slightly cool.
4.
Remove from souffle dishes and cool.
5.
Serve with blended strawberries and powdered sugar if desired.
