- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 centimeters fresh ginger
- 3 scallions
- 1 ½ kilograms shrimp (ready to cook, unpeeled)
- 3 Tbsps soybean oil
- 1 organic Lime (juice)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Peel and finely chop garlic and ginger. Rinse, trim and thinly slice scallions crosswise. Rinse and pat dry.
2.
In a wok, sauté garlic and ginger in oil. Add prawns. Cook, swirling the wok, about 3 minutes. Season with lime juice, salt and pepper. Stir in scallions and serve immediately.
