100 grams sheep cheese
1 tsp milk
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse wild garlic, spin dry and chop very finely. Stir together cheese, milk and chopped wild garlic and season with salt and pepper.

2.

Place thawed puff pastry (4 sheets) on a floured work surface next to each other and brush 3 with the wild garlic mixture. Layer sheets on top of each other (with mixture side up) and top with the untopped sheet. Roll over with a rolling pin and press the sheets together to make a slightly wider roll. Then cut with a sharp knife lengthwise thinly into 1 cm (approximately 3/8 inch) strips (preferably with the help of a ruler). Place flat strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, flatten slightly with the palm of your hand and bake in a preheated convection oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

3.

For another option, take a flattened strip and curl as much as possible, flatten slightly, then place on a baking sheet and bake just like the strips. Serve warm.
