- 4 Plum tomato (cored seeded and chopped)
- 2 green peppers (seeded and chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 Tbsp parsley (finely chopped)
- salt
- peppers
- ½ tsp ground Cumin
- 2 tsps white wine vinegar
- ⅜ cup olive oil
- 2 Jalapeño (diced)
Preparation steps
1.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes, peppers, garlic, parsley and jalapenos.

Cover and allow to marinade at room temperature for 60 minutes.
3.
Stir in the vinegar, cumin, seasoning then olive oil and chill until ready to serve.
