Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, trim and peel vegetables. Divide broccoli into florets and cut the remaining vegetables into thin strips.

Sauté ​​vegetables in oil, deglaze with vinegar and broth and season with mustard and maple syrup. Cover and simmer about 5 minutes.
