- For the raclette
- 18 ozs Boiled potato
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- Olives
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 8 ozs Raclette (sliced)

Preparation steps
1.
For the raclette, peel the potatoes and cut into thick slices. Pluck the thyme leaves. Spread the potatoes each onto four raclette pans and season well with thyme, salt and pepper. Top each with 2-3 olives and cover with Raclette slices. Place in a raclette device and grill.
2.
Rub the pork chops with a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook together with the vegetables on the grill and serve.
