- For the salads
- ¼ Lettuce
- 1 large onion
- 1 bunch Radish
- 1 sm can Corn
- 2 Red paprika
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 lemon juice
- herb salt
- peppers
- For the Crepes
- 6 Tbsps Spelt flour
- 2 Tbsps Sour cream
- 2 eggs
Preparation steps

For the crepes, mix flour, eggs, sour cream and 4 tablespoons of water into a batter.

For the salads, rinse lettuce, spin dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Divide between two bowls.

Peel onion, finely chop, rinse paprika peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into fine strips. Rinse and slice radishes. Drain corn and mix vegetables in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons oil, lemon juice and spices to taste. Pour over lettuce leaves.
4.
Make 4 crepes with batter in a frying pan. Fold and serve with salads.
