- 500 grams Orzo
- 1 bunch Thai asparagus
- ½ untreated lemon (zest and juice)
- 2 Tbsps Pine nuts
- 100 grams Feta
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse cherry peppers, trim, cut in half and remove the seeds. Rinse yellow bell peppers, trim, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into cubes.
2.
Cook the pasta according to package directions in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain, rinse in cold water and drain well.
3.
Rinse asparagus and cut into 3 cm (approximately 1 inch) diagonal pieces.
4.
Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan until golden brown. Let cool.
5.
Fry cherry peppers, bell peppers and asparagus in a pan in hot oil while stirring, about 2 minutes. Add noodles and heat through. Season with lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
6.
Transfer to plates and sprinkle with crumbled feta. Garnish with basil and serve sprinkled with pine nuts.
