2 cloves garlic cloves (peeled and minced)
8 cups Vegetable broth
1 cup Organic carrots (peeled and sliced)
3 ribs organic Celery (rinsed and diced)
1 cup organic, green Cabbage (diced)
2 cups organic Cauliflower (roughly chopped)
2 cups organic Broccoli (roughly chopped)
2 cups organic Kale (rinsed; stems trimmed; chopped)
Sea salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
1 tsp ground thyme
1 tsp rosemary
1 cup frozen, organic peas
1 handful edible Borage flower (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.
In a large pot, stir-fry onions and garlic in a little broth for about 3 minutes. Add remaining broth, carrots, celery, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, and kale. Season to taste with salt, pepper and herbs. Cover and bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender crisp.

Add frozen peas and cook for additional 2 minutes.

Divide between bowls and garnish with borage flowers. Serve.
