- 3 ⅓ cups ground Turkey
- 1 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- salt
- peppers
- 1 Tbsp Basil (chopped)
- ½ tsp dried Basil
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 large vine Tomatoes (sliced)
- 1 cup Arugula
- 1 cup Frisée
- 4 seeded Burger buns (halved)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the grill to hot.
2.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the turkey mince, chopped basil, dried basil, breadcrumbs, egg and seasoning until thoroughly mixed.
3.
Shape into 4 even sized balls and flatten with your palm to make patties.

Heat the oil in a large heavy-based non-stick saucepan over a medium-high heat and sear the patties for 1-2 minutes.
5.
Transfer to the grill and cook for a further 6-8 minutes until golden brown on the outside and cooked inside. Remove and drain on kitchen paper.
6.
Arrange the burgers by placing some rocket and frisee lettuce on the burger bun base.
7.
Follow with a turkey patty then slices of tomato and more rocket and frisee. Top with the top half of the burger bun and transfer to serving plates. Serve immediately.
