- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 Tomatoes
- 250 grams Broccoli
- 500 grams turkey breasts
- vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 200 milliliters white wine
- 300 milliliters Whipped cream
- 4 centiliters balsamic vinegar
- 1 bunch Basil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- sugar
- 300 grams Farfalle
Preparation steps

Peel and finely chop onions and garlic. Blanch, peel, quarter, seed and dice tomatoes. Rinse broccoli and cut into small florets. Cut turkey breast into strips, season with salt and pepper and fry over high heat for 3-4 minutes in large, lightly oiled pan (stirring constantly.)

Remove turkey from pan and keep warm. Add butter to pan, sauté onion and garlic, deglaze with white wine, then stir in cream, balsamic and broccoli florets. Let sauce boil down and possibly thicken.

Finally, add diced tomato and strips of basil to sauce, heat and season with salt and pepper. Cook farfalle according to package instructions and serve with turkey and vegetables.
