- 14 ozs Spaghetti
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 red chili pepper (deseeded and finely chopped)
- 9 ozs cherry Tomatoes (halved)
- 1 Tuna (drained and flaked)
- 1 handful flat-leaf parsley (chopped)
- lemon juice (from one lemon)

1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Juicer, 1 deep bowl, 1 Citrus juicer
Preparation steps

Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and cook the spaghetti according to the packet instructions.
2.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan and gently cook the chilli for one minute. Stir in the tomatoes, cook for one more minute then add the tuna. Remove the pan from the heat.
3.
Drain the spaghetti when it's cooked and add the chilli and tuna mixture. Stir in the pasta and parsley, season with salt and pepper and add the lemon juice. Serve immediately.
