Preparation
Kitchen utensils
1 Bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Serrated knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Box grater, 1 Salad spinner, 1 Kitchen towel
Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6.
2.
Wash the ramsons and blanch in boiling water for about 1 minute. Take out, refresh in iced water, drain well and chop finely. Mix the flour with the baking powder and salt. Put the eggs into a bowl with the tuna (pour off some of the oil) and ramsons and mix well.
3.
Stir the dry ingredients into the egg mixture, adding a little water if the mixture is too stiff. The mixture should be quite stiff, not runny.
4.
Put the mixture into the holes of a muffin tin lined with paper cases and bake for about 25 minutes. Serve with tomato salad.
