- 3 cups loose-leaf Lettuce (or romaine lettuce)
- ⅞ cup Nasturtium leaf
- 4 Tomatoes
- 1 head Chicory
- 4 Tbsps sweet Corn (kernels)
- 4 Tbsps red Kidney beans (tinned)
- 2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- salt
- peppers
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 generous pinch Mustard
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 4 Tbsps Basil oil (or olive oil)

Preparation steps
1.
Drain the sweetcorn and red kidney beans. Wash the chicory, lettuce and nasturtium leaves and spin dry. Cut the chicory into strips and tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Mix all the salad ingredients. Mix the vinegar, lemon juice, salt, sugar, pepper, mustard and oil to make a dressing. Toss the salad with the dressing.
