Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and halve the bell pepper, remove seeds and ribs and cut into small cubes. Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel and cut the carrot into small sticks. Rinse and pat dry the scallions and slice into rings.

Bring the broth to boil, add the tortellini and cook until done. Add the vegetables, boil until tender and season with salt and pepper. Ladle into bowls and serve hot.
