Preparation steps

Rinse the tomatoes and pat dry. Cut a lid and scoop out the flesh with a teaspoon. Place in an ovenproof dish with some olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Put the tomato pulp in a bowl with the chopped mozzarella and season with salt and pepper. Rinse and chop the basil and mix with the sour cream.

Preheat the oven to 220ºC (approximately 425ºF).

Spoon the cheese mixture into the tomatoes and bake for 15 minutes.

Serve garnished with the remaining basil leaves.
