50 grams Basil

Preparation steps

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

Meanwhile, peel and slice the garlic. rinse the tomatoes and cut in half or leave whole depending on the size. Rinse the basil, shake dry and pluck the leaves.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and saute the garlic with the tomatoes for 3-5 minutes. Drain the pasta and add to the pan with about half of the basil. Toss well. Season with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Transfer to plates and serve with the remaining basil.
