- 4 slices round Loaf of bread (roughly 2 cm thick)
- ½ red Cabbage (shredded and chopped finely)
- 2 ¼ cups canned Tuna (drained)
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ½ lemon (juiced)
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ small Savoy cabbage (shredded and chopped finely)

Preparation steps
1.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, paprika and seasoning. Fold in the two kinds of cabbage.
2.
Toast the slices of bread until golden brown all over. Cut two of the slices into 4 squares. Cut the other two slices into 4 triangles.
3.
Spread the tuna mixture on top of the square pieces of toast. Top with the triangles of toast and serve.
