Ingredients

For the salad
1 head Lettuce as desired (example Batavia)
1 small onion
1 shallot
4 Tomatoes
400 grams Ground meat (assorted)
1 Tbsp Pastry flour
2 Tbsps clarified butter
For the dressing
1 generous pinch chili peppers
200 grams Sour cream
3 Tbsps White vinegar
salt

1 carrot (in julienne strips)
Shredded gouda cheese (for garnish)

Preparation steps

For the salad, wash the lettuce, spin dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Peel the onion and shallot into quarters and cut into strips.

Dust the ground meat with flour, mix gently, crumble and fry in hot butter. Add the onion and shallot strips and fry briefly. Set aside.

3.

Rinse the tomatoes, cut in half, remove the stalk, remove seeds to taste, and cut into cubes. Mix with the lettuce. Arrange the salad on a dish.

4.

For the dressing, mix all ingredients together, season to taste and place in a small bowl.

Place the meat on the salad, garnish with julienned carrots and shredded Gouda, and serve with dressing and homemade taco chips.
