- 10 ozs Pastry flour
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 3 Tbsps sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsps butter
- powdered sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Mix the flour with the dry yeast in a large bowl. Mix the yogurt with some hot water. Whisk the warm yogurt with 3 tablespoons sugar, salt and egg. Gently fold the yogurt mixture into the flour and knead until the dough no longer sticks to bowl edges.

Shape the dough into a log on a floured surface and cut into 16 equal pieces.

Shape each dough piece into round dumpling. Melt some butter and brush the dumplings with it. Place the brushed dumplings close to each other in the mold and let rise for about 20 minutes in a warm place.
4.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C / 350°F until golden brown for 30 minutes. Serve immediately dusted with powdered sugar.
