- 6 cups sweet Apple
- 2 Tbsps sugar
- ½ packet sorbic acid

Preparation steps
1.
Wash, quarter and remove the cores from the apples. Chop into large chunks. Place into a large pot.
2.
Crush the chunks with a masher and add.5 l of water. Bring to a boil and allow to simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
3.
Place a pot under a cheese cloth that has been stretched over chair legs. Place the fruit on the cheese cloth and allow to drain.
4.
Stir the sugar into the juice, boil again. Skimming off any foam with a spoon. Mix in the sorbic acid.
5.
Pour the hot juice into bottles and seal tightly. Store in a cool, dark place.
