Nutritional values
This recipe can be prepared particularly quickly and does not require eggs or butter. Instead, it contains canola oil, and thus unsaturated fatty acids, more precisely omega-3 fatty acids, which among other things ensure good concentration.
The dates not only bring a sweet taste to this recipe but also is a good source of satiating fiber. If you do not like dates, you can replace them with 8 oz of freshly grated apples.

Preparation steps
Halve dates and remove pits. Put dates in a small bowl and pour in approximately 1/3 cup of boiling water. Let soak until the dates have absorbed all of the liquid, about 5 minutes. Coarsely chop with an immersion blender.
In a mixing bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Add the date puree, sour cream and oil and beat with the dough hook of a mixer to form an elastic dough.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form the dough into 10 balls and place them on the sheet. Bake on the middle rack of a preheated oven at 350°F/convection 325°F until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes and serve.
