- 1 ½ Nori seaweed
- 250 grams prepared Sushi rice
- Salmon caviar (6 TL)
- Trout roe (per 6 TL)
- Sea urchin caviar (uni) (per 6 TL)
Preparation steps
1.
Cut the whole nori sheet into 8 equal-width strips and the half sheet of nori into 4 strips.
2.
With moistened hands (water and vinegar), form the prepared rice into 12 equal oblong balls.
3.
Encase each rice ball with a nori strip so that it extends on one side over the rice. Fill with caviars from salmon, trout and sea urchin. Roll and serve.
