- 1 shallot (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsps extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ lemon (juiced)

Preparation steps

Finely slice the chicken and toss with the figs in a bowl.

Steam the mange tout over simmering water until tender - about 4 minutes.

Whisk the shallot with the oil, lemon and salt and pepper.

Toss the mange tout with the chicken then coat in the dressing and serve.
