- 3 ½ ozs plain Sugar-free dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids, chopped)
- ¾ cup butter
- 3 large eggs
- 1 ⅓ cups rice Malt syrup
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (heaped)
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 2 Tbsps cocoa powder (or cacao)
- ¾ cup Peanut butter
- 2 Tbsps roasted Peanuts

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. ). Grease a 20-22cmcm |8"-9" cake tin and line the base with non-stick baking paper.

Melt the chocolate and margarine in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering (not boiling) water. Remove from the heat

Whisk together the eggs and rice malt syrup until very thick.

Whisk in the chocolate mixture until blended.
5.
Sift in120g|1 cup of flour, bicarbonate of soda and the cocoa and mix well. Mix together the remaining flour with the peanut butter and peanuts and stir into the chocolate mixture.
6.
Put into the tin and smooth the top. Bake for about 30 minutes until just firm. Cool completely in the tin.
