- 1 cup Peanuts (chopped)
- 1 cup butter (heaped)
- ⅜ cup honey
- ⅗ cup chunky Peanut butter
- 5 eggs
- ⅔ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ⅔ cup Sour cream
- 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6 and line a baking tray with grease-proof paper.

Add the peanuts, 2 tbsp butter and the honey to a small pan and stir together, melting. Remove from the heat. Put the rest of the butter in a small pan with the peanut butter and melt, stirring, then leave to cool.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the brown sugar and cinnamon until creamy. Add the peanut butter and mix to incorporate. Stir in the sour cream. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir into the mixture. Tip onto the baking tray and smooth flat. Spread the honey and peanut mixture evenly over the top and bake in the oven for approx. 40 minutes (cocktail stick test).

Remove from the oven and leave to cool in the tray. Cut into pieces and serve.
