1 kilogram ripe Strawberries (cleaned, washed, picked over and weighed)
1 kilogram jam sugar (1: 1 ratio with strawberries)

Preparation steps

1.

Place strawberries and jam sugar in pot and simmer for about two hours. Add lemon juice.

2.

Stir mixture for about four minutes and bring to a boil. Skim off foam.

3.

Pour jam into clean, sterilized jars.
