- 2 eggs
- ⅜ cup milk
- 2 Tbsps caster sugar
- 6 canned Peaches (halves)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6. Place paper cases in a 6 hole muffin tin.
2.
Whisk together the flour, eggs, milk and sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth.
3.
Pour into the paper cases. Top each muffin with a peach half, pressing them down into the mixture.
4.
Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until golden. Place on a wire rack to cool completely.
