2 Tbsps butter
7 cups Spinach (coarsely chopped)
cup cream
Nutmeg (freshly grated)
4 Steak approx. 180 g each (e. g. entrecôte)
2 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.
Sauté the shallot in the hot butter until translucent. Add the spinach and cook until it wilts. Stir through the cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Season to taste with salt and nutmeg.

Season the steaks with salt and ground black pepper and cook on a oiled grill or barbecue for 4-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the steak and preference as to how well cooked the meat is (approx. 5-6 minutes for medium). Turn regularly.
3.
Serve the steak with the spinach, and carrots if desired.
