- 2 Tbsps Lemon infused olive oil
- 250 grams Mozzarella with herbs
- salt
- peppers
- 4 Tbsps Pesto
- vegetable oil
- Basil (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Rinse squash, remove lid and scoop out innards. Drizzle with lemon olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Cut mozzarella into pieces, distribute to squash and cover with 1 tablespoon pesto.

Place squash in ovenproof dish greased with oil, replace squash lids and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 15-20 minutes. Serve garnished with pepper and basil leaves.
