- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup Buttermilk
- 1 ½ Tbsps fresh Lime juice
- ¼ cup Chives
- ¼ cup parsley
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (peeled)
- salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- For Baby Spring Mix Green Salad
- 5 cups baby, mixed spring greens
- 1 handful fresh Chives (rinsed and roughly chopped)
- ¼ cup Pine nuts

Add all dressing ingredients to a food processor and pulse until smooth. Pour dressing into a jar, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
