0.333 cup Buttermilk
1 ½ Tbsps fresh Lime juice
¼ cup Chives
¼ cup parsley
2 cloves garlic cloves (peeled)
salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
For Baby Spring Mix Green Salad
5 cups baby, mixed spring greens
1 handful fresh Chives (rinsed and roughly chopped)
¼ cup Pine nuts
