Preparation steps

1.

Rinse spinach, trim, and cook briefly in a pot of boiling salted water. Remove spinach from pot, plunge into cold water and drain.

2.

Peel garlic, chop finely and saute in a hot pan with half of butter. Add spinach to pan and briefly sauté and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Arrange the spinach on plates and serve garnished with remaining butter cut into small pieces.
