Product recommendation
Can be stored in the refrigerator or up to 1 month. Store in an airtight container between sheets of waxed paper to prevent sticking.
Preparation steps
1.
Line a baking sheet with cooking parchment paper.
2.
Place nuts, dried fruits, candied ginger, and orange zest in a food processor. Pulse until finely minced, slowly add just enough Grand Marnier or orange juice to bind ingredients together.
3.
Shape into 1-inch balls; lightly press a walnut half on top of each ball, and place on prepared baking sheet. Allow the balls to air dry for about 1 to 2 hours, or until they are no longer sticky. Serve in fluted candy papers.
