Sliced Steak and Spring Onion with Leaves
Heat the grill.
Season the steaks with salt and pepper, brush with oil and grill for 3-5 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking.
Brush the spring onions and onions with oil and grill, turning once until tender.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a frying pan and cook the chestnuts and shallot until golden. Remove from the heat.
Whisk the vinegar with 8 tablespoons oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Arrange the lettuce on serving plates.
Slice the meat and place on the lettuce with the onions, spring onions and eggs.
Spoon over the dressing and and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
