- 4 cups Baby spinach (washed and dried)
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup button Mushrooms (thinly sliced)
- ½ cup Walnut (chopped)
- 2 small shallots (finely sliced)
- 1 large garlic clove (finely chopped)
- salt
- peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Peel and segment the oranges into a bowl.

Toss the baby spinach leaves with the olive oil, garlic and a little seasoning before arranging in serving bowls.

Arrange the mushrooms, walnuts, sliced shallot and orange segments on top before serving.
