2 handfuls Fresh herbs (basil, chervil and parsley)
2 cloves garlic cloves
2 Tbsps lemon juice
0.333 cup green Olives (pitted, drained)
¼ cup olive oil
2 Tbsps Parmesan
0.333 cup sun-dried tomatoes (in oil, drained and sliced)

Preparation steps

1.
Boil the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
2.
Purée the herbs with the garlic, lemon juice, olives and oil. Mix through the parmesan and a little of the pasta water if needed, and season to taste with salt and ground black pepper.
3.
Drain the pasta, mix with the herb pesto and the tomatoes, and serve.
