- 4 cups Cabbage (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup grated carrots
- ¼ cup chopped scallions
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Sour cream
- 2 tsps Cider vinegar
- ¼ tsp sugar
- kosher salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)

Preparation steps
1.
In large bowl combine cabbage, carrot and green onion. Set aside.
2.
In small bowl combine mayonnaise and sour cream; mix well. Stir in vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour over cabbage and toss to coat. Chill and serve.
