400 grams Black poplar mushroom
40 grams Chives
30 grams sun-dried Tomatoes (in oil)
5 Tbsps olive oil
40 grams Sesame seeds (black and white)
120 milliliters Vegetable broth
salt
freshly ground peppers
8 Scallop (ready to cook)

Preparation steps

1.

Trim mushrooms and cut into pieces. Rinse chives, shake dry and cut into thin rings. Drain tomatoes and cut into fine strips.

Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a pan and saute mushrooms for 2-3minutes until golden brown. Add tomatoes and sesame seeds, saute briefly, add broth and chives. Simmer over low heat and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Rinse scallops, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat remaining oil in another pan and fry scallops for 3-4 minutes on eath side until golden brown. Serve scallops immediately with mushrooms.
