- 12 fresh Scallop (shelled, ready to cook)
- 2 Avocados
- 1 pinch allspice (freshly crushed)
- 1 pinch dried chili peppers (freshly crushed)
- Limes (juice)
- 2 Tbsps pecan Nut oil
- Sea salt
- Rose petal (petals, for garnish)

Preparation steps

Rinse scallops, pat dry and cut each crosswise into each 2-3 slices, depending on thickness.

Cut avocados in half, remove the pits, peel and cut into very thin slices. Immediately sprinkle with a little lime juice and arrange decoratively with the scallops on plates. Drizzle with the remaining lime juice and pecan oil, sprinkle with spices and garnish with a little sea salt. Serve decorated with rose petals.
