- 18 ozs Puff pastry
- 4 Tbsps Onion Chutney
- 2 cups roasted, mixed Bell pepper (in oil)
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper
- ⅔ cup Goat cheese (diced)
- milk (to glaze)
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 220°C (200° fan) 425°F gas 7. Grease a baking tray.
2.
Roll out 3/4 of the pastry on a lightly floured surface to a 35 x 22 cm|14" x 9" rectangle and place on the baking tray.

Score a 2cm|1" border around the edge using a sharp knife, but do not cut right through the pastry.

Roll out the remaining pastry and cut into strips.
5.
Spread the chutney evenly over the pastry inside the border, then top with the peppers and season to taste with salt and pepper.
6.
Twist the pastry strips and arrange over the filling.
7.
Brush the strips and the edges of the pastry with milk and bake for 20 minutes until golden and risen. Leave to cool.
8.
Arrange the diced goats' cheese on top and cut into slices to serve.
