- 600 grams green chili peppers (or peperoncini)
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 garlic clove (crushed)
- 5 Basil
- 300 grams crushed Tomatoes
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- oregano

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse peppers and pat dry. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and basil and saute briefly, add peppers and saute on medium heat.

Stir peppers constantly. Add tomatoes and vinegar and season with oregano, salt and pepper. Simmer for about 10 minutes on medium heat. Serve with grilled meat, if desired.
