- 325 grams smoked Salmon
- 150 grams cream cheese
- 2 Tbsps finely chopped Chives
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsps Horseradish cream (mild)
- 2 ripe Avocados
- salt
- freshly ground black peppers
- 1 lemon (sliced)
- Chives (for garnishing)

Preparation steps
1.
Chop salmon and place in a bowl. Combine horseradish, cream cheese, chives and mustard. Add to salmon and season with salt and pepper to taste.
2.
With two spoons, shape salmon mixture into balls and arrange on plates. Cut avocadoes in half, pit and peel. Cut pulp into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.
3.
Add avocado slices to salmon balls and garnish with chives and lemon wedges. Serve.
